And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him. - Colossians 3:17
Shortly after Kristin and Jeremy graduated from Southwest Texas State University and relocated to Houma Louisiana (just outside New Orleans), the idea for Kendall Point came after a few years traveling the deep south gulf states and admiring the architecture and elegance of old greek revival style homes.
On a visit back home to Boerne, Kristin and her dad tossed around the idea of building a small white wedding chapel on the family property. Soon after, sketches and plans were drawn on notebook paper of what would be Kendall Point (not a small wedding chapel!). The design concept of Kendall Point was to offer brides & grooms gorgeous Texas Hill Country views, but a very elegant and classy venue design to accommodate those who desire a more elegant and traditional wedding venue.
In 2011, Kristin and Jeremy prayed about a move back to their roots in Boerne, to start building Kendall Point. Through lots of blood, sweat, tears, prayers, change orders, record droughts, and construction delays, KP was finally finished in October of 2011.
Neither Kristin or Jeremy came from the special events industry, but with lots of prayers both answered and unanswered, they quickly fell in love with hosting weddings and being a part of many family's most special day.
Kendall Point is a family owned and operated Christian small business. Celebrating 10 years in 2021, Kendall Point has grown into Texas’ most sought after Hill Country wedding venue, offering the most desirable features for today's Bride and Groom.
